How to Participate
Participating in the Process Innovation Awards program is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3! Here's how the process works:
  1. Complete one Nomination Form for each candidate you are nominating.
     
  2. Return each form to Kinetic Information before the close of business on October 20, 2008. This deadline is firm, so be forewarned!
     
  3. Submit the appropriate processing fee (see below) for each nomination you submit.

There is no limit on the number of nominations you may submit – nor on the geographic location of your nominated solution. However, a separate processing fee (see below) must be remitted for each one. 

The Nomination Form may be returned email to awards@kineticinfo.com.

Nomination Forms & Processing Fees
The Nomination Form is available in two different formats. Using the technique appropriate to the browser you are using (try right-clicking on the file name, and then choosing "Save" on the menu), simply download the file of the format you prefer: Nominations are acceptable as long as they are prepared in electronic formats readable by either Microsoft Word for Windows or Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please e-mail your file(s) – including the questions as well as the answers – to awards@kineticinfo.com.

Processing Fees
As noted above, a processing fee must be included at the time of submission for each nomination submitted. The fee this year is $130.00 (US) and may be remitted in three ways:

  1. by overnighting a check via Fedex, UPS, or other courier company (checks must be payable to Process Innovation Awards in US funds and drawn on a US bank) to REC, 491 Mass. Ave., Suite 4, Boston, MA 02118.

  2. via Paypal, which allows you to use such major credit cards as MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. (Please send payment to awards@kineticinfo.com.)

  3. by emailing us a corporate Purchase Order that we may use for billing purposes (please provide the PO Number and add 3% for administration). Our email address is awards@kineticinfo.com.
